【cotwo】日本網店商品代訂服務

服務項目詳情說明
預訂流程與訂金我們可代您在日本網店預訂商品。確認訂單後，須支付至少一半貨品金額作為訂金。
價格有效期限預訂價格將按當日匯率計算，僅在我們回覆的電子郵件當天有效。若未能於指定時間內付款，請重新提交訂單以進行報價。
交貨時間貨品將於付訂金後約 7-10 日送達我們店鋪。
缺貨處理若商品不幸已售罄，我們將會全額退還您的訂金。

運費與收費標準

費用項目詳情說明
報價不含運費我們回覆的預訂價格不包括商品寄往您所在地的國際運費。
運費計算運費將在提貨時收取，並按**貨品的重量或體積（取較高者）**計算。
體積計算公式長度 (cm) x 寬度 (cm) x 高度 (cm) / 5000。
收費標準每 500 克運費為港幣 50 元（不足 500 克亦將按 500 克收費）。
顧客同意提交訂單即表示顧客同意並接受上述運費計算方式。

重要注意事項（國際郵寄限制）

  • 出口限制：根據日本出口規定，部分貨品可能無法提供國際郵寄服務。
  • 顧客責任：請顧客自行查詢所在國家/地區的相關進口及禁運規定。
  • 免責聲明：對於因購買禁運品所造成的任何損失、取消訂單或無法郵寄的情況，我們不承擔任何責任，且不接受取消或退款要求。
  • 禁運品處理：一旦發現國際郵寄禁運品已寄出，將依據運送公司規定處理，所產生的一切費用將由顧客全額承擔。

【cotwo】Japan Online Item Pre-Order Service

Service DetailDescription
Deposit RequirementA deposit of at least half of the item’s value is required upon placing a pre-order.
Price ValidityThe quoted pre-order price is based on the current exchange rate and is valid only on the day of our email reply. If the deposit is not paid within the specified time, please resubmit your order for a new quote.
Delivery TimeItems will be delivered to our store approximately 7 to 10 days after the deposit is paid.
Sold-Out PolicyShould the item unfortunately be sold out, we guarantee a full refund of your deposit.

Shipping Cost & Payment

Fee ItemDescription
ExclusionThe pre-order price does not include the international shipping cost to your location.
Shipping CalculationShipping cost is charged upon collection and is calculated based on the higher of the item’s weight or volume.
Volume FormulaLength (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000.
RateThe shipping cost is HKD 50 per 500g (weights less than 500g are rounded up to 500g).
Customer AgreementBy placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this shipping cost method.
