報價時效 Validity	報價按當日匯率計算，僅限回覆當天有效。逾期請重新諮詢。 (Quotes valid for 1 day only)
到貨時間 Delivery	付款後約 7-10 個工作天抵達香港店舖。 (Estimated 7-10 days to store)
缺貨處理 Out of Stock	若商品售罄，我們將全額退還您的訂金。 (100% refund if sold out)

✈️ 運費計算 | Shipping Costs

注意：預訂報價不含國際運費。 運費將於提貨時根據實際重量或體積計算。

• 收費標準： 每 500g 為 HKD 50（不足 500g 亦按 500g 計費）。
• 計算方式： 取 實重 或 體積重量 之較高者。
• 體積重公式： 長度 (cm) x 寬度 (cm) x 高度 (cm) / 5000。

• 禁運限制 (Restrictions): 根據日本出口及目的地進口法規，部分商品可能無法郵寄。

Service Detail	Description
Deposit Requirement	A deposit of at least 50% of the item’s value is required to confirm your pre-order.
Price Validity	Quotes are based on the current exchange rate and are valid only on the day of the reply. If the deposit is not paid within this timeframe, please request a new quote.
Delivery Time	Items typically arrive at our store 7 to 10 working days after the deposit is confirmed.
Sold-Out Policy	If an item becomes unavailable or sold out, we guarantee a full refund of your deposit.

✈️ Shipping Costs & Calculation

Important: Pre-order quotes do not include international shipping fees. Shipping costs are collected upon the arrival of the item at our store.

• Rate: HKD 50 per 500g (Weights under 500g will be rounded up to 500g).
• Method: Shipping is calculated based on the Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight, whichever is higher.
• Volumetric Formula:　Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000.
